Sec. 33.022. APPLICATION ASSISTANCE.
(a)On request of an applicant for supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits, the commission shall assist the applicant in filling out forms and completing the application process.
(b)The commission shall inform each applicant of the availability of assistance.
