Sec. 32.252. PARTNERSHIP FOR LONG-TERM CARE PROGRAM. The partnership for long-term care program is administered as part of the medical assistance program by the commission with the assistance of the Texas Department of Insurance. The program must be consistent with provisions governing the expansion of a state long-term care partnership program established under the federal Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (Pub.

L.No. 109-171).
