Sec. 31.0129. COORDINATED PLAN TO IMPROVE INTERAGENCY TRANSITIONS.
(a)The Health and Human Services Commission, the Texas Workforce Commission, and representatives of local workforce development boards shall conduct a survey of best practices used to transition clients between local Health and Human Services Commission offices and workforce centers.
(b)The Health and Human Services Commission shall:
(1)analyze information collected by a survey under Subsection (a); and
(2)formulate recommendations and strategies to improve practices used to transition clients between local commission offices and workforce centers.
(c)Using existing resources, the Health and Human Services Commission and local workforce development boards shall adopt policies to implement the recommendations and strate
