Sec. 152.2561. WOOD COUNTY.

(a)The juvenile board of Wood County is composed of the county judge, the district judges in the county, and the judge of any statutory court in the county designated as a juvenile court.
(b)The juvenile board shall elect one of its members as chairman at its first regular meeting of each calendar year.
(c)The board may agree to operate with the juvenile board of another county to provide services and to receive and disburse funds.
(d)The board shall hold regular meetings each year on dates set by the board, and special meetings at the call of the chairman.
(e)Service on a juvenile board by a judge is an additional duty of office. The commissioners court shall pay each juvenile board member an annual salary of not less than $4,800, payable in equal monthly
