Sec. 152.2521. WILLIAMSON COUNTY.
(a)The juvenile board of Williamson County is composed of the county judge and the district judges in the county, and the judges of any statutory court in the county designated as a juvenile court. The judge of a district court may designate a person to represent the judge on the board.
(b)The juvenile board shall elect one of its members to act as chairman.
(c)The board may cooperate with other juvenile boards to provide adequate services.
(d)The board's fiscal officer shall receive and disburse for juvenile probation the funds of the board.
(e)Service on a juvenile board by a judge is an additional duty of office. The commissioners court may pay the juvenile board members a salary in an amount that will reasonably compensate them for their added dut
