Sec. 152.2511. WILLACY COUNTY.

(a)The juvenile board of Willacy County is composed of the judges of the county and district courts in the county. The board must have not fewer than three nor more than five members. The judges of the county and district courts in the county may appoint an appropriate number of public members to serve on the board without compensation if necessary to satisfy this requirement. The chairman of the board shall determine the number of public members to be appointed to the board.
(b)The county judge is the chairman of the board.
(c)The board shall hold biannual meetings on dates set by the board and special meetings at the call of the chairman.
(d)Service on a juvenile board by a judge is an additional duty of office. The commissioners court shall pay the jud
