Sec. 152.1811. NAVARRO COUNTY.

(a)The juvenile board of Navarro County is composed of the county judge, the district judges in Navarro County, the judges of the county courts at law in the county, and the criminal district attorney. The juvenile board may appoint five public members to serve on the board without salary for a term determined by the board.
(b)The juvenile board shall elect one of its members as chairman at the beginning of each year.
(c)The commissioners court shall pay the juvenile board members an annual salary set by the commissioners court at not more than $4,800, payable in equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county.
