Sec. 152.1801. NACOGDOCHES COUNTY.
(a)The Nacogdoches County Juvenile Board is composed of the county judge, the district judges in Nacogdoches County, and the judge of each county court at law.
(b)The juvenile court judge is the chairman of the board and its chief administrative officer.
(c)The commissioners court may pay the juvenile board members additional annual compensation in an amount determined by the commissioners court for the added duties imposed on the members. The combined yearly salary from state and county sources received by each judge may not exceed an amount equal to $1,000 less than the combined yearly salary from state and county sources received by each justice of the court of appeals of the court of appeals district in which Nacogdoches County is located.
