Sec. 152.1451. LAMAR COUNTY.

(a)The Lamar County Juvenile Board is composed of:
(1)the county judge;
(2)the statutory county court at law judge;
(3)the district judges in Lamar County; and
(4)one member of the commissioners court selected by and from among the members of the commissioners court.
(b)The juvenile board shall elect one of its members as chairman at its first regular meeting of each fiscal year. The board shall hold regular meetings each year on dates set by the board and special meetings at the call of the chairman.
(c)Service on a juvenile board by a judge is an additional duty of office. The commissioners court may pay the board chairman and other board members additional annual compensation for the additional duties imposed on the chairman and the other board member
