Sec. 152.1221. HUNT COUNTY.

(a)The Hunt County Juvenile Board is composed of the county judge, the district judges in Hunt County, and the judges of the county courts at law.
(b)The board shall designate a juvenile court judge as the chairman of the board and its chief administrative officer.
(c)The commissioners court may pay the members of the juvenile board additional annual compensation set by the commissioners court at not more than $3,600 for the added duties imposed on the members. The commissioners court may pay the juvenile court clerk additional annual compensation set by the commissioners court at not more than $800.
