Sec. 152.1182. COMPENSATION OF JUVENILE COURT JUDGE.
(a)The commissioners court shall pay the juvenile court judge of Hopkins County an annual salary set by the commissioners court at not less than $2,400 nor more than $3,600 for serving as juvenile court judge.
(b)The compensation is in addition to any other compensation the judge receives and is payable in equal monthly installments from the general fund, salary fund, or any other available fund of the county.
