Sec. 152.0791. FALLS COUNTY.

(a)Falls County is part of the Milam, Robertson, Falls Counties Juvenile Board. The juvenile board is composed of the county judges, the district judges in the counties, and the judges of any statutory court in the counties designated as a juvenile court. The board by unanimous vote may appoint five public members to serve on the board.
(b)The public members serve staggered terms of not more than two years as determined by the board.
(c)The board shall appoint one of its members as chairman at the beginning of each calendar year.
(d)The board shall hold biannual meetings on dates set by the board and special meetings at the call of the chairman.
(e)Service on a juvenile board by a judge is an additional duty of office. The commissioners courts may pay the
