Sec. 152.0741. ECTOR COUNTY.

(a)The Ector County Juvenile Board is composed of the county judge, the district judges in Ector County, and the judge of each county court at law.
(b)The juvenile court judge is the chairman of the board.
(c)The county commissioners court shall pay the juvenile board members additional annual compensation set by the commissioners court at not less than $4,800 nor more than $6,000. The additional compensation shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county.
(d)Each juvenile probation officer shall take the oath of office and the oath and the fact of the officer's appointment shall be filed with the county clerk. The juvenile board may require an officer to obtain a bond conditioned on the faithful performance of the officer's
