Sec. 152.0632. DALLAS COUNTY DIRECTOR OF JUVENILE SERVICES AND JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT.
(a)The director of juvenile services in Dallas County is the chief administrative officer for the juvenile probation department and all facilities and programs under the jurisdiction of the juvenile board as authorized by the board.
(b)The director of juvenile services shall annually prepare under the juvenile board's direction a budget for the juvenile probation department, the county and other institutions for the care of neglected, dependent, and delinquent children, and the other facilities and programs under the jurisdiction of the juvenile board. The juvenile board shall approve the budget and submit the budget to the commissioners court for final approval in the same manner as prescribed
