Sec. 152.0373. COLLECTION AND DISBURSEMENT OF SUPPORT PAYMENTS IN CAMERON COUNTY.

(a)The juvenile board of Cameron County may require a juvenile probation officer to collect and disburse child support payments that are required by court order to be made to a court in the county.
(b)The juvenile probation officer shall keep a record of money received and disbursed in a well-bound book subject to public inspection in the probation office. The county auditor shall audit the records.
