Sec. 152.0181. BAYLOR COUNTY.
(a)Baylor County is included in the 50th Judicial District Juvenile Board. The juvenile board is composed of the judge of the 50th Judicial District and the county judge of each county in the judicial district. The juvenile court judge may designate two public members to serve on the board without compensation and for a period determined by the juvenile court judge.
(b)The juvenile board shall elect one of its members as chairman at the beginning of each calendar year.
(c)The commissioners courts of the counties shall pay the judges who are members of the juvenile board additional annual compensation of not more than $6,000 for the added duties imposed on the members. The additional compensation shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the general f
