Sec. 152.0036. JOINT OPERATION.
(a)The juvenile boards of two or more counties that are adjacent to or in close proximity to each other may agree to operate together.
(b)Juvenile boards operating together may appoint one fiscal officer to receive and disburse funds for the boards.
