Sec. 111.055. FINANCES.
(a)All money paid to the department under this chapter or Subchapter F, Chapter 117 , shall be deposited in the state treasury.
(b)Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1, Sec. 4.465(a)(100), eff. April 2, 2015.
