Sec. 845.112. RECORDS OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
(a)The board of trustees shall keep, in convenient form, data necessary for required computations and valuations by the actuary.
(b)The board shall keep a permanent record of all of its proceedings.
(c)Records of the board are open to the public.
