Sec. 74.0922. DUTIES OF COURT SECURITY COMMITTEE. A court security committee established under Section 74.092 (a)(13) shall meet at least once annually and shall develop and submit recommendations to the county commissioners court on the uses of resources and expenditures of money for courthouse security, but may not direct the assignment of those resources or the expenditure of those funds.
