Sec. 662.062. IWO JIMA DAY.
(a)February 19 is Iwo Jima Day in memory of the heroism and courage of the men and women of the armed forces of the United States who participated in the successful capture of the island of Iwo Jima beginning February 19, 1945.
(b)Iwo Jima Day may be regularly observed through appropriate activities in public schools and other places.
