Sec. 662.059. INFLUENZA AWARENESS DAY.

(a)October 1 is Influenza Awareness Day to raise awareness of the health risks associated with influenza and encourage Texans to take proactive measures to reduce exposure to those risks.
(b)Influenza Awareness Day shall be regularly observed by appropriate programs and activities.
