Sec. 662.042. FORMER PRISONERS OF WAR RECOGNITION DAY.
(a)April 9 is Former Prisoners of War Recognition Day in honor of the courage of those Americans who suffered sacrifices and tribulations as prisoners of war in the course of their military service on behalf of this nation.
(b)Former Prisoners of War Recognition Day shall be regularly observed by appropriate ceremonies.
