Sec. 662.023. PRESENTMENT, NOTICE OF DISHONOR, AND PROTEST OF CERTAIN COMMERCIAL PAPER. A legal holiday is treated as a Sunday for presenting for payment or acceptance, protesting, and giving notice of the dishonor of a draft or promissory note. SUBCHAPTER C. RECOGNITION DAYS
