Sec. 548.0252. MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT FOR HOME TELEMONITORING SERVICES AUTHORIZED. The executive commissioner shall adopt rules for the provision and reimbursement of home telemonitoring services under Medicaid as provided by this subchapter.
