Sec. 547.0509. EFFECT ON MEDICAID REQUIREMENTS. A Medicaid provider's receipt of a grant under the matching grant program does not affect any legal or contractual duty of the provider to comply with Medicaid requirements. Transferred, redesignated and amended from Government Code, Section 531.09915(j) by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 204 (H.B. 1620 ), Sec. 8.044(b), eff. September 1, 2025.
