Sec. 547.0404. COMMUNITY COLLABORATIVE ELIGIBILITY.
(a)A community collaborative may receive a grant under the matching grant program only if the collaborative includes:
(1)the county;
(2)a local mental health authority operating in the county; and
(3)each hospital district located in the county.
(b)A collaborative may include other local entities designated by the collaborative's members.
