Sec. 542.0120. TRANSITION BETWEEN PROGRAMS; CONTINUITY OF CARE.

(a)During the evaluation of the pilot program required under Section 542.0119 , the commission may continue the pilot program to ensure continuity of care for pilot program participants. If, following the evaluation, the commission does not continue the pilot program, the commission shall ensure that there is a comprehensive plan for transitioning the provision of Medicaid benefits for pilot program participants to the benefits provided before participation in the pilot program.
(b)A transition plan under Subsection (a) shall be developed in collaboration with the advisory committee and pilot program work group and with stakeholder input as described by Section 542.0105 .
