Sec. 542.0114. INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS.

(a)To ensure that prospective pilot program participants are able to make an informed decision on whether to participate in the pilot program, the commission, in collaboration with the advisory committee and pilot program work group, shall develop and distribute informational materials that describe the pilot program's benefits and impact on current services and other related information.
(b)The commission shall establish a timeline and process for developing and distributing the informational materials and ensure that:
(1)the materials are developed and distributed to individuals eligible to participate in the pilot program with sufficient time to educate the individuals, their families, and other persons actively involved in their lives regardin
