Sec. 540.0278. PHARMACY BENEFIT PLAN: PROMPT PAYMENT OF PHARMACY BENEFIT CLAIMS. A Medicaid managed care organization or pharmacy benefit manager, as applicable, under the organization's pharmacy benefit plan required by Section 540.0273 in a contract to which this subchapter applies, must pay claims in accordance with Section 843.339 , Insurance Code.
