Sec. 532.0307. FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER AND RURAL HEALTH CLINIC SERVICES.

(a)In this section:
(1)"Federally qualified health center services" has the meaning assigned by 42 U.S.C. Section 1396d(l)(2)(A).
(2)"Rural health clinic services" has the meaning assigned by 42 U.S.C. Section 1396d(l)(1).
(b)Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter, Chapter 32 , Human Resources Code, or any other law, the commission shall:
(1)promote recipient access to federally qualified health center services or rural health clinic services; and
(2)ensure that payment for federally qualified health center services or rural health clinic services is in accordance with 42 U.S.C. Section 1396a(bb). SUBCHAPTER H. PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF MEDICAID POPULATION
