Sec. 532.0156. REIMBURSEMENT SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC HEALTH INFORMATION REVIEW AND TRANSMISSION. If feasible and cost-effective, the executive commissioner by rule may develop and the commission may implement a system to provide Medicaid reimbursement to a health care provider, including a physician, for reviewing and transmitting electronic health information.
