Sec. 511.017. DUTIES RELATED TO STATE JAIL FELONY FACILITIES.
(a)In this section, "state jail felony facility" means a state jail felony facility authorized by Subchapter A , Chapter 507 .
(b)The commission shall provide the Texas Department of Criminal Justice with consultation and technical assistance relating to the operation and construction of state jail felony facilities.
