Sec. 508.1131. SALARY CAREER LADDER FOR PAROLE OFFICERS.

(a)The Texas Board of Criminal Justice by rule shall adopt a salary career ladder for parole officers. In adopting the salary career ladder, the Texas Board of Criminal Justice shall, in consultation with relevant stakeholders, review the current salary structure and align the salary career ladder with the future needs of the department. (a-1) The Texas Board of Criminal Justice may revise the salary career ladder as needed.
