Sec. 487.253. ADMINISTRATION.
(a)The department shall adopt rules necessary to administer this subchapter, and the department shall administer the program in accordance with those rules.
(b)The department may not spend for the department's administrative costs in administering the program more than 10 percent of the amount appropriated to implement this subchapter.
