Sec. 487.163. ADOPTION OF RULES.

(a)The department shall adopt reasonable rules to enforce the requirements, conditions, and limitations of this subchapter.
(b)The department shall set the rate of interest charged on a forgivable loan under this subchapter.
(c)The department shall adopt rules necessary to ensure compliance with the federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. Section 2000a et seq.) concerning nondiscrimination in admissions. SUBCHAPTER F. MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED COMMUNITY-STATE MATCHING INCENTIVE PROGRAM
