Sec. 481.656. DUTIES OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.

(a)The executive committee shall:
(1)advise and provide input to the office regarding the comprehensive statewide strategic plan to further the purposes of:
(A)the consortium as established under Section 481.652 ; and
(B)the executive committee under this section; and
(2)solicit recommendations from consortium members on funding and research opportunities related to semiconductor research, design, commercialization, and manufacturing.
(b)Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 468 (H.B. 4850 ), Sec. 11(1), eff. September 1, 2025.
