Sec. 481.212. COMPILATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF DATA AND RESEARCH.

(a)To serve as a one-stop center for business-related information, the office shall obtain from other state agencies and organizations, including the comptroller and the Texas Workforce Commission, business-related statistics and data.
(b)To maximize the accessibility of business-related data, the office shall create a web site to publish business-related information on the Internet. The web site must provide connections to other business-related web sites.
(c)The office may charge a reasonable access fee in connection with this subchapter. SUBCHAPTER AA. WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE FOR YOUTH
