Sec. 481.023. ADMINISTRATION OF OTHER STATUTES.
(a)The office shall perform the administrative duties prescribed under:
(1)Chapter 1433 ; and
(2)the Development Corporation Act (Subtitle C1, Title 12, Local Government Code).
