Sec. 466.258. REQUIRED AGE VERIFICATION OF TICKET PURCHASER; CRIMINAL OFFENSE.
(a)A licensed sales agent or an employee of a sales agent shall use an age verification process prescribed by commission rule to verify the age of each ticket purchaser at the point of sale.
(b)A person who violates Subsection (a) commits an offense. An offense under this subsection is a Class B misdemeanor.
