Sec. 466.257. METHOD, LOCATION, AND HOURS FOR PURCHASE OF TICKET. A person may only purchase a ticket:
(1)in person;
(2)at the location of a licensed sales agency; and
(3)during the normal business hours of the licensed sales agency.
