Sec. 466.255. LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF LOTTERY TICKETS PER TRANSACTION; CRIMINAL OFFENSE.

(a)A person may not sell to one individual more than 100 lottery tickets in a single transaction.
(b)A person commits an offense if the person violates Subsection (a). An offense under this subsection is a Class B misdemeanor.
