Sec. 466.152. LICENSE APPLICATION; FEE.

(a)An applicant for a license under this subchapter must apply to the division under rules adopted by the commission, provide information necessary to determine the applicant's eligibility for a license under Section 466.155 , and provide other information considered necessary by the commission.
(b)The applicant must include an application fee with each application. The director shall set the application fee in an amount that is at least sufficient to cover the costs incurred by the division and by the Department of Public Safety to process the application. The director shall determine from information provided by the department the amount required for costs incurred by the department and shall allocate those amounts to the department at least mont
