Sec. 442.302. ESTABLISHMENT AND PURPOSE. The commission shall establish the program to alert the public, as well as current and future owners of land adjacent to the cemetery:
(1)of the existence of the cemetery; and
(2)that the cemetery contains the graves of freed slaves.
