Sec. 442.157. FUNDRAISING.
(a)The foundation shall set priorities for fundraising activities at the sites described by Section 442.152 (a).
(b)Notwithstanding Subsection (a), the commission may adopt rules to establish naming opportunities as described by Section 442.032 .
