Sec. 442.156. COMMISSION ADVICE AND OVERSIGHT.
(a)The commission shall advise the foundation on the operation, interpretation, and presentation of historical events, preservation, archeology, education, nature, philanthropy, and business development regarding a site described by Section 442.152 (a).
(b)The commission may appoint two nonvoting members to the foundation's board.
