Sec. 442.0085. STATE REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES.
(a)The commission shall develop and maintain a state register of historic places using existing statutory classifications of those places, including Recorded Texas Historic Landmarks, National Register listings, subject markers, and state archeological landmarks.
(b)The commission shall adopt rules to implement this section.
