Sec. 436.204. APPLICATION FOR GRANT.

(a)A local governmental entity may apply for a grant under this subchapter to the commission on a form prescribed by the commission. The commission shall establish periodic application cycles to enable the evaluation of groups of applicants.
(b)The commission may assist a local governmental entity in applying for a grant under this chapter.
