Sec. 434.012. COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES.
(a)A member of the commission is entitled to a per diem as set by legislative appropriation for each day that the member engages in commission business.
(b)A member is entitled to receive compensation for meals, lodging, or other travel expenses as provided by the General Appropriations Act.
