Sec. 434.011. OFFICE; EXPENSES; EMPLOYEES.

(a)The state shall provide the commission suitable offices and office equipment in Austin. The commission may incur the expenses necessary to perform its work.
(b)The commission shall employ sufficient office personnel, stenographers, typists, and clerical help to maintain the efficient operation of the office.
